Global Partner Channel Manager

Location: Working remotely plus min. 4 weeks per year spent in Headquartered in Poland (Wroclaw)

About the Role: We are looking for an experienced Global Partner Channel Manager to lead and expand our international partner network.    This role is key to driving indirect sales growth and fostering strong business collaborations on a global scale. As a Global Partner Channel Manager you will be responsible for designing innovative partner programs, executing go-to-market strategies, and delivering measurable results that will shape our global footprint and drive sustained revenue growth.

Responsibilities:

  • Build and manage a global network of sales and technology partners.
  • Develop and implement partner programs and collaboration standards.
  • Acquire new partners and develop business relationships with existing ones.
  • Support partners in the sales process by providing necessary tools and resources.
  • Coordinate efforts with sales and marketing teams to drive partner success.
  • Monitor partner performance and optimize strategies accordingly.
  • Report on partner results and ensure sales targets are met.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 4 years of experience in partner channel management, preferably in SaaS, B2B or other technology sectors (e.g. user identification and authentication, KYC/KYB solutions, AML regulations, biometric systems, IAM solutions, security).
  • Strong understanding of global markets and proven ability to build long-term partnerships.
  • Excellent negotiation and market analysis skills.
  • Fluent English (both written and spoken).
  • Strong strategic planning and goal execution abilities.
