Location: Working remotely plus 4 weeks per year spent in Headquartered in Poland (Wroclaw)

About the Role: We are looking for a Vice President of Sales, who will be responsible for developing and executing the company’s sales strategy in foreign markets to drive revenue growth and acquire key international clients. This role requires a dynamic leader with a proven track record of scaling B2B sales globally with focus on European markets, building high-performing teams, and establishing strong relationships with key stakeholders. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced sales executive passionate about expanding global market presence and driving revenue growth in a high-impact leadership position.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement an international sales strategy within the identity verification (KYC) sector.
  • Build and manage relationships with key clients and strategic partners across global markets.
  • Lead and oversee a sales team operating outside of Poland, setting performance targets (KPIs) and ensuring alignment with company objectives.
  • Collaborate with the executive leadership team to identify priority markets and customer segments.
  • Conduct competitive analysis and monitor global industry trends to refine and adjust sales strategies.
  • Negotiate high-value contracts with enterprise clients and strategic partners.
  • Ensure effective reporting and analysis of sales performance, delivering quarterly and annual revenue targets.
  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and client meetings to enhance brand visibility and market position.
  • Drive business development initiatives to expand market presence and revenue streams.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in B2B international sales, preferably in digital identity verification, SaaS, or related fields (e.g. user identification and authentication, KYC/KYB solutions, AML regulations, biometric systems, IAM solutions, security).
  • Proven track record of scaling sales operations and acquiring global enterprise clients.
  • Strong leadership skills with experience managing remote sales teams.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship management abilities.
  • Fluency in English (additional languages are a plus).
  • Ability to think strategically and make data-driven decisions.
  • Experience working in fast-growing, dynamic environments with a focus on execution and results.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to track, measure, and optimize sales performance.
